Abstract
Indonesia is facing two phenomena at the same time, now Indonesia has entered into the era of industrial revolution in which all life sector is digitalized. This era was known as industrial revolution 4.0. Indonesia is also facing demographic bonus where population of productive age including young people is very large. To enter these two phenomena all at once is not easy. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the persona of young leaders in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Industrial revolution 4.0 is an era where artificial intelligence, robots and big data will be the basis of life. The use of unlimited computing power and data as results of development of the internet and massive digital technology become the backbone of movement and connectivity of humans and machines. It causes everything to be borderless. The role of leaders in this era will significantly different from previous era. Hindu youth as the next generation of the nation needs to have strong character in order to be able to become a great leader. Humans cannot defeat the power of a machine. But humans have empathy and common sense that distinguishes humans from machines. Young people must have 5 main leadership persona (5C) to face the industrial revolution, including critical thinking, communication, creativity, and collaboration. One additional persona that is caring for others (empathy).
